What is Hypnotherapy

The origins of hypnosis and trance states date back thousands of years.   Hypnotherapy (or clinical hypnosis) is the therapeutic or clinical application of hypnosis / trance.   It is a powerful influential communication which utilises both conscious and subconscious resources for healing and growth.  

Hypnotherapy is a skill of using words and gestures to help you to:

… Make your desired changes more easily

… Develop self-sufficiency and independence.

In the trance session you will be guided into hypnosis where suggestions are directed at your desired goals.   Through the focused and natural process of hypnosis your subconscious mind is more receptive to beneficial, therapeutic suggestions that will help you to make desired changes effectively and simply.   As you accept beneficial suggestions, it becomes easier to alter your attitude so that you can do the things you want to do or stop the things you don't want to do.

Can anyone be Hypnotised ?
Yes. There isn't any of us out there who haven't in their life gone into a trance and that is hypnosis.   Deep relaxation is trance.

Do we have to go into my past?

Do you have to use Hypnosis?
No.   Hypnotherapists usually integrate hypnosis with other therapeutic approaches such as NLP, TFT, counselling or solution / cognitive-behaviour therapies.
