Can anyone be Hypnotised ?
Yes. There isn't any of us out there who haven't in their life gone into a trance and that is hypnosis.   Deep relaxation is trance.

  Is it dangerous?
No. That's similar to asking if relaxation is dangerous!    Much of the 'fear' has come out of media coverage of hypnosis shows or sensationalist reporting associated.

Do we have to go into my past?
