With todays busy lifestyle it's easy to forget to make time to relax.   We keep our minds and our bodies on full alert often overriding natural energy lows with caffeine and other stimulants.   When this happens too frequently we start suffering from stress or anxiety and sometimes we need some help remembering how to switch off.   Learning to relax and cope with stress can lead to a happier and healthier life.   You can operate more efficiently, deal with situations more effectively and improve your relationship with others.
