Relationships
Getting over a relationship can be hard. It doesn't matter if you were the person who ended it or it was them. It's can still be difficult, but of course in very different ways. There's turmoil and chaos and the loss of dreams which all needs to be reconciled before the anger eats away at your life.
On the other hand, being in a relationship that on some level you know is worth saving, but is making neither of you happy is another complex area. Sometimes it's about having the courage to leave, other times saving it is just about better communication.
Breaking up, or staying together - both can be hugely stressful especially with added complications of sharing homes or more significantly children.
Very often in all cases what is needed at the outset is some sound planning. Then the heartache can be dealt with, but with at least the knowledge that a load has been taken off your mind.
Talking through your challenges and pain with a neutral party is very often one of the best things that you can do. It helps the future look clearer more importantly that there is a future and that it's bright.
