Insomnia

Our aim here is to get you back to the blissful, natural state where you're sleeping like a log.

There are two sides to insomnia.   It usually starts with the horrible situation where you mind is ticking over and over, not letting you sleep.   What often happens then, is this tossing and turning triggers bad late night patterns developed in the hope of 'comforting you back to sleep'; like listening to the radio, watching TV, snacking - or for some resorting to pills. Eventually with no good sleep at night, during the day you just get used to feeling shattered which in some cases can lead to being quite depressed.

We aim to nip this two part problem in the bud:   Get you back on track into a natural rhythm during the day which will give you nights of deep refreshing sleep.
