Confidence and Self-Esteem

What is confidence?   It may mean different things to different people but essentially we all know when we have it and when we don't.

For all of us there are some areas in life where we feel confident and others where we do not.   Sometimes there may be particular events that knock your self-esteem and you may just need a helping hand to get back on track.   Hypnotherapy uses the positive times in your life and enables you to transfer those feelings to other more challenging situations.   When we feel good we can do anything!

Sessions are available one to one or in small groups (The Change Your Life Programme) where participants are encouraged to support each other over the duration of the programme.

Change Your Life Programme- what would you be doing if you had the confidence?

This programme has 6 - 8 people and runs over 6 sessions to develop a vision of how you would like your life to be and have the confidence to achieve it.   It also includes a one to one hypnotherapy session for each participant.
