BMCC helps change. It recognises that the mind and body work together. For instance you can't give up cigarettes with out feeling the effects in your body. Or with stress, we know it's not something just experienced in the mind and cured with a little pill, it must be respected and understood as it can trigger so many other ailments from headaches to cancer.

BMCC uses complementary therapies to help you. In the main – hypnotherapy, NLP, TFT and counselling …. but we also encourage other alternatives along with this – for instance just spoiling yourself with a good massage can be included in the mix for whatever helps you with whatever it is you want to change.
